Amongst star properties, the less explored yet vested with massive premises and many a time people do tend to google is Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli. I have heard about its massive premises and amazing facilities but somehow didn't get to visit and explore. Recently was here on their new menu launch #Teppanyaki live kitchen at their collage restaurant which is already a crowd puller for their lavish buffets. After getting introduced with the new team on board, Prakruti Jain , Executive Chef Jitendra Nakhwa , and known lovely Chefs Pawan Manhas and sous-chef Shankar, we sat down into what turned a magical performance by this little thin but a powerful pataka called Birbal. He was to mainly featuring the making of dishes under their Teppanyaki menu and man he put on a fantastic show with his cutlery and fire skills <3 Amazing engagement.
Irrespective of delectable food fests and events buzzing all across the Hyderabad, a foodie like me craves for a complete meal that blows you out in terms of innovation or culinary complexity or the overall experience or taking Indian cuisine a notch above. Went to taste them on Chef's invite and I should say without a doubt - "ITS THE BEST OVERALL MEAL AND EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN 2019".
Hyderabad always craves for more street food and people from other states complaint about its scene not like Kolkata or Delhi. We never to get see a glimpse of reality. Well fear not, NH2 Highway Trials by Hyderabad Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre is here to do exactly that for our foodies. A specially curated 2-part menu by Chef Vijay Bhasker Reddy and his team, amazing cocktails at the bar, engaging and enriching conversations on the tables, all the fun n giggles. What not !! One memorable night it turned out. Amazing hospitality as usual by Raashid Ali Bhai. When food connects with your inner soul a chord of symphony strikes and its not often to experience. Heavenly Himalayan Trail Food festival hosted by Hyderabad Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre might as well struck that chord at the right time. Under guidance of executive Chef Aungshuman Chakraborty , Chef Pawan Manhas who basically is from punjab but has roots and connections in himalayan areas, bestowed with the responsibility of understanding the cuisine from homes and bring back ingredients and recipes that would prove "NO CUISINE IS LESS THAN THE OTHER".
